Fees for service:

Intake Assessment: $175

1 Hour Therapy session : $150

45 Min or less session: $100

Phone call 15-30min: $40

Court Appearance per hour: $200

Consultation with legal staff per hour: $150

Cancellation less than 24hr notice : $75

Returned payment fee: $25

Please note that payment for services is due at the time of service, payments can be made through the patient portal with a credit card which can be left on file. Charges are only made with your permission. HSA cards can be utlized for payment as well.

Superbills are available upon request for out of network insurance companies, however payment is due at the time the service is provided. These can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for the services you paid at the time of service. 

Should you be in need of financial assistance please talk with a member of our team. Our primary goal is to ensure that you have the access to the care and support you need. A sliding fee is avalible for those who qualify or referrals can be provided to ensure that you are able to continue in journy of healing.
